When we talk about regular skin care, how many of us will remember about a homemade face mask. Exactly! We do not need to waste time and money every time at an expensive Spa, because the secret of beautiful skin is just a step away from us in the kitchen. No matter how exhausted, stressed, dry and irritated the skin is with the right face mask will restore its radiance and freshness. And as we know, there is no better treatment than Mother Nature.

1. Deep cleansing home face mask with coffee

There is no better face scrub than coffee. It cleanses the skin and removes dirt in the deep, and with it dead cells. Coffee is a rich source of antioxidants that protect our skin from free radicals. Caffeine in coffee stimulates the skin and improves blood flow to the face.

Method of administration:

Mix coconut oil and ground coffee together and apply in a circular motion on your face. Avoid the area around the eyes, nose and mouth.
Leave for at least 15 minutes to one hour.
Rinse with warm water and enjoy your radiant skin!

You can use the mask 2-3 times a week.

2. Face mask with avocado and cocoa for hydration

There are three brilliant ingredients in this “delicious” homemade face mask and they all work wonders for your face. Avocados are extremely moisturizing, cocoa is a soothing antioxidant and honey is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.

Method of administration:

Dip a quarter of the avocado into a small bowl.
Add one tablespoon of cocoa powder and one tablespoon of honey. Stir well.
Apply the mask on clean, dry skin, wait 10 minutes and rinse face with warm water.

3. Face mask with honey and lemon for clear and radiant skin

Honey is useful not only for eating, but also for the skin.

Honey has incredible nutritional and healing properties. It has a natural antibacterial action and contains powerful nourishing enzymes. Can be used as a natural antibiotic for burns and abrasions as well as for acne. Lemon, in turn, energizes, nourishes and exfoliates the skin of the face. It is a natural source of Vitamin C and alpha hydroxy acids. Also, lemon enhances the overall appearance of the face by tinting it and removing uneven / sun spots on the skin.

All you need is half a lemon and two tablespoons of honey. Squeeze the lemon and put honey in it. Stir and apply on a pre-cleaned face with light circular motions. Avoid the eye area and protect your hair because the mask is quite sticky. Stay with it for 15 to 20 minutes, then wash it.

You can use it two or three times a week for a great face look.

4. Matting face mask with egg

This mask helps to soothe and matting oily skin, thanks to the mix of soothing oatmeal and clinging egg yolks.

Method of administration:

Stir well, then apply it on your face for 15-20 minutes.
Rinse with lukewarm water.

5. Face mask with coconut oil

Coconut oil is naturally antibacterial and anti-fungal, but keep in mind that coconut oil can clog pores, so be sure to wash your face after using these homemade face masks.

Method of administration:

Mix one whole avocado with 4 tablespoons of coconut oil.
Add 2 teaspoons of cashew nuts and stir until smooth.
Apply the mixture on your face and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Rinse your face with cool or cold water to remove the mask.
Then pat your skin with a dry soft cloth.

6. Detoxifying mask

Method of administration:

Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with some raw honey and baking soda.
Apply the solution on your face and let it dry.
Then rinse.

7. Moisturizing face mask with lemon

Make a homemade face mask that simultaneously exfoliates and moisturizes the skin.

Method of administration:

Mix 1 lemon juice with 1/4 cup olive oil or sweet almond oil.
Apply a clean face mask, leave for 10 minutes.

Do not forget to test the skin before using any of the ingredients in case of allergy !
